5 stars are not enough to give to Greg Goad! He went above and beyond what most realtors would do for their clients. He did everything you would expect like giving us helpful tips to prep for sale and researching the market in our area to list our home at the best price to sell. But that's not all! When we had people break in and change the locks on our house two nights in a row, Greg was there to check on our property, call a locksmith, change the locks, and install flood lights and cameras! He spent two full days working on this issue to help us out since we had moved out of state. No rental scam was happening on his watch! He cut the grass, swept the porch, and wiped counters before showings. He really was so committed to helping us sell the house. We were so thrilled with the price he was able to help negotiate for us. He is fun and caring and exactly the realtor you want in your corner when it comes to buying or selling!
